Rosenblatt says: It’s possible McCaffrey gets picked even higher, as his stock seems to be rising recently. If he lasts to No. 8, the Panthers should jump all over him. McCaffrey’s abilities as a do-everything back — he can play the slot, running back and return kicks and punts — make him a perfect fit in a Cam Newton-led offense that could use some weapons.
