A woman arrested Thursday night might have tampered with infant formula at stores across the city, Tucson police said during a rare late-night news conference.
Police Chief Chris Magnus said the woman bought or stole formula in stores and replaced it with other ingredients, including flour.
Magnus said at least one infant has been βsickenedβ by the tampered formula.
