Tower of Power will take the stage at the Rialto Theatre on Saturday, minus a couple of key players.
Drummer David Garibaldi and bassist Marc van Wageningen were struck by an Amtrak train while crossing the street in front of Yoshi's in Oakland, where the band was playing a gig.Â
The musicians are still in intensive care, according to the website. But the show must go on. The band will play as part of the Tucson Jazz Festival. The show starts at 8 p.m. More information here.Â
