Story: Digby came to us from a hoarding case and was pretty scared of the shelter when he first arrived. He is reserved and quiet and gets along well with other cats. He is learning to trust people and starting to enjoy getting attention from our volunteers. If you have a calm and patient home, please consider this handsome boy!
Fees: Digby is a member of our long-timers club, which means her adoption fee has been waived. All PACC pets go home vaccinated, microchipped, and with a free vet visit voucher.
Rex—Queensland Heeler mix

Age: 1.5 years old.
Story: Rex is a sweet young pup who craves attention and loves sitting in volunteer’s laps. He is a really sweet pup! He appears to be housebroken and is learning how to walk nicely on a leash. He has a funny little prance that shows how happy he is to get out of his kennel and go exploring! He will make a great addition to any family.
Fees: Rex’s adoption fee is only $30. All PACC pets go home vaccinated, microchipped, and with a free vet visit voucher. A standard $18 licensing fee applies to all adult dogs.

Story: Dezi is such a catch! He is reported to get along with dogs, cats, and kids! He is a big ole goofy guy and also appears to be housebroken. He would be a great starter dog for new dog owners!

Story: Daphney is a very beautiful girl, who has gorgeous long fur. She is very curious and enjoys climbing around the cat enclosure at PACC. She takes a little time to warm up to new people, but enjoys head scratches and snacks.

MAYA — CHIHUAHUA MIX
Age: 1 year.
Story: Mattie is a total lap dog who loves to cuddle. She gets along with other dogs.

HARLOW — GREYHOUND
Age: 6 years.
Story: Harlow is well-adjusted and loves to play with toys and being close to people without being too needy. She is not afraid of new experiences and is not shy at all. Harlow gets along with other medium-large dogs and could be an only dog if you are home most of the time. Harlow needs to be in a home with no small dogs or cats.

MILLIE — PUREBRED ENGLISH COONHOUND
Age: 11 years.
Story: Millie is sweet, affectionate, gentle and calm. She loves nothing more than relaxing on her bed, plenty of belly rubs and loves to be outside on walks to catch all the smells. She might be a bit older, but she still has lots of love to give. She’ll greet you every day with her smile, wiggle butt and a firm paw in your hand. She’s great with other dogs of any size, gender, and all people including children. She is fully house trained and crate trained. Millie had a rough life, but hasn’t let even one bit of it bring her down. She’s filled with so much happiness and love, just waiting to share it with the special person who will take her into their heart.

PEACHES — DSH BUFF TABBY

Story: Peaches is warm, playful and loves to cuddle. Peaches needs an indoor-only home with a wee bit of patience while she adjusts to a new environment, and maybe an older cat who is tolerant of kittens would be great.
Fee: Donation until Aug. 31, then she will be $50.. Adoption includes microchip, spay and current shots.

Story: Bernie is an easygoing cat with a sweet disposition and will allow petting. New people can be scary so he tends to hiss at them to give me some space until he get to know them better. Bernie needs a home where he can be indoors only and will be the perfect companion for the right person.
