History:Â Since 2000, this location has received all good and excellent inspection ratings. This was its first failed inspection.
What the inspector saw:Â The inspector saw seven priority violations, including a store manager unaware of proper food safety who did not have a food thermometer, a lack of a required hand sink, improperly heated nacho cheese, food in open air cases that did not meet temperature requirements and a lack of use-by dates on refrigerated items.
Follow up:Â This location passed reinspection on June 19.
