Marana Marketplace, on the southeast corner of Orange Grove and River roads, has two new tenants. Smoothie King leased 1,200 square feet and Sports Clip leased 1,100 square feet. Michael Laatsch, of CBRE, represented Smoothie King and Ben Craney, of NAI Horizon, represented Sports Clip. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the landlord, Larsen Baker, on both leases.
