- What the inspector saw: One critical violation during a Feb. 17 follow-up inspection to the “needs improvement.” Because the ceiling in the back of the building had missing, stained and bulging tiles, with exposed insulation, the restaurant failed.
- Follow-up: Passed March 1.
- Response: “The damage to the ceiling tiles was from something that broke on the roof, and it’s all been repaired,” said shift manager
