The Tucson Roadrunners announced a sellout crowd of 6,521 in Fridayâs inaugural home game, a thrilling comeback victory over Stockton. There were probably about 5,500 at the Tucson Arena but now comes the hard part: generating excitement for 12 games that wonât be played on Friday/Saturday night. The Roadrunners have more home games (eight) in November than any other month, and only two in February, which is the high season for Tucson sports.
