β€’ EG LLC bought a 45,675-square-foot industrial building at 4700 S. Overland Drive from Legacy Property Management LLC for $6 million. The building is fully leased to Xeridiem Medical Devices. Rob Glaser, with Picor, represented the seller and Patrick Lindley, with Cushman & Wakefield, Indianapolis, represented the buyer.
