After three games, UA freshmen Lauri Markkanen, Kobi Simmons and Rawle Alkins are the clubâs leading scorers, with a combined 47 points per game. Thatâs 60 percent of the teamâs average. The only time in the last 50 years three freshmen have finished 1-2-3 in UA scoring was 1972-73, when Coniel Norman averaged 24 points per game, Eric Money 18.9 and Al Fleming 12.8, or 66 percent of the teamâs production.Â
