Hotel Congress, 311 E. Congress St., is reaching back to the good old days of vintage Vegas for New Year's, when the Rat Pack ruled and Elvis was a regular fixture.
Presley and Sinatra tribute artists will be present. There will be casino games, cocktails and a photobooth.
Tempest Du Jour hosts.
The fun begins at 8 p.m. Tickets are $25-$125 through the Hotel Congress website.
