Star promotes Shaffer to new positionΒ
The Arizona Daily Star has promotedΒ Cindy ShafferΒ to director of people and culture.
Shaffer joined the Star in 2014 as senior human resources business partner. She previously was human resources manager at United Technologies Aerospace Systems in Phoenix and in Jamestown, North Dakota; and at Brandt Holdings Co. in Fargo, North Dakota, among other posts. She holds a bachelorβs in mass communications from Minnesota State University.
