The property was sold by Mountain Vista Unitarian Universalist Congregation for $725,000. Rob Tomlinson, with Picor, and Kristy Kelley, with Long Realty Co., represented the seller. Melissa Gutierrez, with Elite Real Estate Pros, represented the buyer.
