Under court order, Pima Community College released 255 pages of emails related to Jared Lee Loughner Thursday. Some key emails:
• Feb. 4. 2010: A fellow student tells a writing instructor she thought Loughner had put a pocketknife on his desk during class and considered it "a little alarming."
• May 12, 2010: An instructor asks staff at the Disabled Student Resources office if Loughner is a disabled student. The staff hadn't heard of him.
• June 4, 2010: Dean Patricia Houston of Pima's downtown campus says a police officer suggested expelling Loughner, but she said it was too soon.
• Sept. 29, 2010: Executive Vice Chancellor David Bea sees Loughner video, writes to police chief: "This is disconcerting. This student sounds very disturbed."
• Sept. 30, 2010: After Loughner is suspended, administrators and police circulate a flier to one another picturing him and warning he is not allowed on campus.
• Oct. 1, 2010: A Tucson-based ATF agent checks records for any references to Loughner and writes a college police officer he found nothing.
