Visitors got about five minutes Monday with “Rosie” the corpse flower (Amorphophallus titanum), one of the world’s largest and rarest flowers, at the Tucson Botanical Gardens. Hundreds lined up to see the flower, which can take up to 10 years to bloom. It gets its name from its odor, which is reminiscent of rotting meat.
