Saks Off 5th, now at Premium Outlets, opens Feb. 11

It’s official: Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th has moved its Tucson store from Foothills Mall to Tucson Premium Outlets, where its grand opening will be held Thursday, Feb. 11.

The new, 25,655-square-foot store features more than 800 fashion brand names for men and women. Tucson Premium Outlets is at 6401 Marana Center Blvd.

“Tucson is a fantastic market for Saks Off 5th,” Jonathan Greller, president of HBC Off-Price, Saks’ owner, said in a news release.

The first 50 shoppers to visit the store from Thursday, Feb. 11, to Sunday will receive a “sweet treat” that may contain a $100 gift card. There will be other giveaways and a DJ will provide music on site during the weekend.

Foothills Mall, at 7401 N. La Cholla Blvd., is delinquent on its loan and losing tenants, the Star recently reported.
