Leasing will soon be underway for the newest Hub student housing tower on Speedway.
Core Campus Management LLC, parent company of the two existing Hub towers, leased 1,306 square feet at 733-735 N. Fourth Ave., to open a model apartment and leasing office.
Debbie Heslop, with Volk Co., represented the tenant, and the landlord, Univfourth Associates, was represented by Greg Furrier, with Picor.
Last year, Core Campus bought nearly 30,000 square feet of land along Speedway, near Park Avenue, for its new tower that is expected to be open for the 2019 school year.
Two displaced restaurants relocated.
Mama’s Hawaiian Bar-B-Cue moved into the ground floor of the original Hub at 1011 N. Tyndall Ave. Boca Tacos & Tequila moved into the former Delectables space at 533 N. Fourth Ave.

- RJK PI LLC bought a 3,000-square-foot building and 28,750 square feet of land at 1840 W. Valencia Road for $1.5 million. Debbie Heslop, of Volk Co., represented the buyer, and the seller, Transbay Capital LLC, was represented by Ellen Golden, of Goldsmith Real Estate.
- Panthera Pavilions LLC bought a 8,055-square-foot building and 14,425 square feet of land at 1030 N. Alvernon Way for $700,000 from CS&Z Holdings Inc. Rick Borane, of Volk Co., represented the buyer.
- AZHEM LLC bought 1,844 square feet of office space at 328 N. Church Ave. for $405,000. Jason Hisey, of the Ray Schneider Co., represented the buyer, and Buzz Isaacson, of CBRE, represented the seller, Barela Mortgage LLC.
- Forensic Logic LLC leased 12,036 square feet of office space at 177 N. Church Ave. in the Transamerica Building. Bruce Suppes, of CBRE, represented the tenant, and Buzz Isaacson, of CBRE, represented the landlord, TA Building Corp.
- New Hope of Arizona Inc., leased 3,300 square feet of office space at 2224 N. Craycroft Road from Alexandra Siegal. Michael Gross, of Tucson Realty & Trust Co., represented the landlord. Aubrey Finkelstein and Jon O’Shea, of Vast Commercial Real Estate Solutions, represented the tenant.
