Shipping and logistics company DHL Express Inc. has leased 23,462 square feet at 6855 Lisa Frank Ave.

Steven Cohen, with Picor, represented the tenant, and Bill Di Vito and Jesse Blum, with CBRE, represented the landlord, Harsch Investment Properties LLC.

Last year, Portland, Ore.-based Harsch bought the multi-tenant industrial property and 15.5 acres of industrial land for $10.1 million.

The sale consisted of the 113,546-square-foot building and two vacant land parcels, 8.33 acres at 6860 S. Brosius Ave. and 6.7 acres at 6715 Lisa Frank Ave.

DHL will join other tenants Safelite AutoGlass and OnTrac.

Harsch is considering building spec industrial space on the vacant parcels, which are in the vicinity of Tucson International Airport.

Other recent commercial transactions include:

  • Palo Verde by Bakerson LLC bought Palo Verde Apartments, a 52-unit complex at 3493 E. Lind Road, from DLGS Jak Properties LP for $1.5 million. Allan Mendelsberg and Daniel Leibsohn, with Picor, handled the transaction.
  • Francis Xavier Deziel bought 7th Avenue Apartments, a 12-unit complex at 930 N. Seventh Ave., from Albert B. and Carolyn A. Lecocq for $800,000. Allan Mendelsberg and Daniel Leibsohn, with Picor, handled the transaction.
  • Skechers USA leased 8,000 square feet in the shopping center on the northwest corner of Irvington Road and Interstate 19 from Irvington Interstate Partners North LLC. Greg Furrier, with Picor, represented the tenant.
  • Discount Warehouse leased 5,835 square feet at 4501 E. 22nd St. from RRN Inc. Brandon Rodgers, with Picor, represented the landlord, and Jeramy Price, with Volk Co., represented the tenant.
  • Tucson Urban League Housing Corp. leased 2,779 square feet at 3425 E. Grant Road from H&M Holdings LLC. Isaac Figueroa, with Picor, represented the landlord, and Picor’s Ron Zimmerman represented the tenant.
  • Dynamic Manufacturing and Engineering LLC leased 2,100 square feet at 4101 S. Longfellow Ave. from Longfellow Commercial LLC. Max Fisher, with Picor, handled the transaction.
  • John Lee and Shannon Lee, doing business as All at Once Laundry, leased 1,971 square feet at 4669 E. Speedway. Jeramy Price and Kevin Volk, of Volk Co., represented the landlord, Brazo LLC.
  • Gigi Bridal Boutique leased 1,535 square feet at The Plaza at Williams Centre, on the southwest corner of Broadway and Craycroft Road. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the landlord, Larsen Baker.
  • Shapes Eyebrow Threading leased 1,400 square feet at The Tucson Place Shopping Center, on the northwest corner of First Avenue and Wetmore Road. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the landlord, Larsen Baker.
  • Dressmaker and tailor Lidia’s Alterations leased 710 square feet at 2924 E. 22nd St. from RRL Inc. Roxanne Harding, with Picor, handled the transaction.
