A roundup of recent commercial transactions:
- Sweet Tomatoes in The Broadway Wilmot Shopping Center, 6202 E. Broadway, sold for $3.1 million. The 7,024-square-foot shop garnered multiple offers. The leased property will continue to operate as Sweet Tomatoes. Nancy McClure, with CBRE Tucson and Philip Voorhees, with CBRE Newport Beach, Calif., represented the seller, K-GAM 6202 Broadway LLC. Marcus & Millichap in Newport Beach, Calif., represented the buyer, California-based, JKJ Fairview LLC.
- Pearl Peak LLC bought a 6,008 square-foot building at 7510 N. Oracle Road from CCSAM Revocable Trust for $2.1 million. Rick Kleiner, with Picor, represented the buyer and Picot’s Tom Nieman represented the seller.
- The WAA GST Exempt Trust bought a 15,718 square-foot industrial building at 501 S. Toole Ave. from JBM Technologies LLC for $1.5 million. Rob Glaser, with Picor, represented the seller and Garland Shaw, with Ventura Properties LLC, represented the buyer.
