Nesci and St. Louis PLLC: Attorneys Ryan Bleau and Michelle Behan have been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme
Court.
Bleau was admitted to practice in Arizona in 2005 and formerly clerked for a judge before moving to Arizona. Behan, a former FBI agent, was admitted to practice in 2013. Both attorneys defend criminal cases, with a primary emphasis on DUI defense.
University of Arizona Eller College of Management: For the first time, the Eller College of Management has been included in the Financial Times Executive Education Program rankings. The worldwide rankings are based principally on measures of participantsâ and clientsâ satisfaction, as well as the schoolsâ reputation, growth in revenues, their international reach and faculty diversity. At No. 68, Eller College is the only new school on the global list to break into the top 75 this year, and ranks No. 4 overall in the Western United States, behind Stanford, UCLA and Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Maria Ventimiglia: The Allstate Agency owner received Allstateâs Agency Affiliation award for celebrating 10 years as a Tucson business owner. Ventimiglia provides auto, home, life and commercial insurance, as well as a variety of financial products.
Banner-University Medical Center: Banner-UMC South, 2800 E. Ajo Way, was recognized for its top performance among Banner Health hospitals with a 2017 Best of the Best Award at Banner Healthâs annual conference. The 245-bed, acute-care hospital operated by Banner Health under a management contract with Pima County, won the companyâs Best of the Best Award for mid-sized hospitals for high performance in customer service, operations, learning and finances. The BannerâUniversity Medical Group Alvernon Physician Office, 707 N. Alvernon Way, also received a Best of the Best Award for top performance among hundreds of Banner clinics. The multi-specialty Alvernon clinic provides outpatient care in orthopaedic surgery, family medicine, neurology, ophthalmology and physical therapy. It also is home to a refugee clinic staffed by the University of Arizona Department of Family and Community Medicine.
