The 7,000 square feet of space, in seven units in the Santa Rita Professional Plaza Condominiums in Sahuarita, sold for $2.1 million.

A new health-care facility is coming to Sahuarita.

United Community Health Center-Maria Auxiliadora Inc. bought seven condominium units in the Santa Rita Professional Plaza Condominiums, 18855 S. La Cañada Drive.

Doug Richardson and Michael Gross of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the seller in the $2.1 million sale of more than 7,000 square feet.

  • Mountain Vista Unitarian Universalist Congregation bought 8.2 acres of vacant land for its future site near West Cortaro Farms Road and Camino de Oeste. Tucson Church International sold for $153,360. Rob Tomlinson, with Picor, represented the buyer, and the Lou Parrish Team, with Keller Williams Southern Arizona, represented the seller.
  • Elite Delivery Services Inc. leased 5,760 square feet at 841 E. 47th St. from the Walter L. & Jill D. Pearson Trust. Ron Zimmerman, with Picor, represented the landlord.
  • Drs. Edita Extra-Mendoza and Fred Mendoza leased 4,021 square feet of medical office space at 1055 N. La Cañada Drive from Healthcare Realty Services Inc. Tom Nieman, with Picor, represented the landlord.
  • Valley Perinatal Services LLC leased 3,621 square feet at 630 N. Alvernon Way from Tucson 630 Medical Properties LLC. Rick Kleiner, with Picor, handled the lease.
  • Alex’s Produce LLC leased 3,000 square feet of industrial space at 2075 W. Gardner Lane from Windmill Development LLC. Picor’s Ron Zimmerman represented the landlord.
  • Psychosomatic Fitness LLC leased 2,600 square feet in the Broadway Albertson’s Center, at the northeast corner of Broadway and Harrison Road, from JDJK Investments LLP. Rob Tomlinson and Greg Furrier, with Picor, handled the transaction.
  • Automated Solutions Group Inc. leased 1,750 square feet in the Butterfield Business Center, 4565 S. Palo Verde Road, from Presson Equity Partners LLP. Rob Glaser, with Picor, handled the transaction.
  • Addition Accessories leased 1,350 square feet at 220 E. 27th St. from Tin Cup Properties LLC. Ron Zimmerman, with Picor, represented the landlord.
  • Familias Saludables leased 1,245 square feet of retail space in North Stone Business Village, 3100 N. Stone Ave., from 3100 LLC. Picor’s Jeff Zellet handled the transaction.
  • FSC Builders LLC leased 1,200 square feet in Commerce Industrial Plaza, 245 S. Plumer Ave., from Plumer Partners LLC. Rob Glaser and Paul Hooker, with Picor, handled the transaction.
