Tucson Real Estate: Nestlรฉ cookie shop to open downtown

The shop will be the first in Tucson for the franchise.
A Nestlรฉ Toll House Cafรฉ will soon fire up the baking ovens downtown.
Mazanita Concepts leased 1,308 square feet at 17 N. Stone Ave., between Congress and Pennington streets, to open the franchise shop.
Nestlรฉ Toll House Cafรฉ by Chip has location across the country and this will be its second in Arizona. The first one is located in Glendale.
The chain offerings include ice cream sandwiches, cookie cakes, brownies, macaroons, frozen yogurt and smoothies.
Franchise officials hope to open the shop this summer at have at least a dozen employees.
The tenant was represented by David Blanchette of CBRE and the landlord was represented by Michael Laatsch, also of CBRE.
Southwest Pizza, Inc., dba Peter Piper Pizza, leased 14,000 square feet at North Pima Center, at Ina and Thornydale roads. Dave Dutson, with NAI Horizon, represented the landlord.
Canyon Rose Academy leased 8,537 square feet at Bear Canyon Shopping Center at Tanque Verde Road and Catalina Highway. The Rose Academy charter high school is scheduled to open in September. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal, of Larsen Baker, along with Pete Villaescusa, of CBRE, represented the landlord.
Hydraulic Solutions LLC leased 7,487 square feet at 119 W. Alturas St. from Bella Bleier Trust. Ron Zimmerman, with Picor, represented the landlord.
Touchstone Behavior Health leased 3,729 square feet at 1430 E. Fort Lowell Road. David Montijo, Damian Wilkinson, and Jeff Casper, of CBRE, handled the lease.
Mobile One LLC, dba T-Mobile, leased 2,587 square feet at 3951 West Ina Road from I.T. Investments One LLC. Dave Hammack, of Volk Co., represented the landlord and Paul Holland, of Colliers International, represented the tenant.
Right at Home, in home care and assistance, leased 1320 square feet at 7507 E. Broadway. Nancy McClure, with CBRE, represented the landlord, Broadway Star Partners LLC.
Terry Korte Agency leased 1,030 square feet at 200 W. Magee Road from WVLC LLC. Michael Gross and Doug Richardson, with Tucson Realty & Trust Co., represented the landlord.
