Tucson Real Estate: Seis Kitchen is opening a second restaurant

Seis Kitchen and Catering, which began as a food truck in 2012 and moved into a brick-and-mortar in 2014, is again growing.
A second location of the regional Mexican restaurant will open in 3,287 square feet at 1765 E. River Road, near Campbell Avenue, in the Joesler Village Shopping Center. This location will be in addition to its current location in the Mercado San Agustin, west of downtown.
Owners Jake and Erika Muñoz serve dishes from six culinary regions of Mexico — northern Mexico, Oaxaca, Mexico City, Baja, Yucatan and western Mexico.
The couple operate food trucks and a full-service catering business and have accrued numerous awards for their gourmet tacos.
James Hardman, of DSW Commercial, represented the tenant in the lease and Michael Laatsch, of CBRE, represented the landlord, Mercado De Joesler LLC.
Mulgrew Properties LLC leased 1,578 square feet at 6595 N. Oracle Road for an Affinity Eye Care office. Kevin Volk, of Volk Co., represented the tenant and Bruce Suppes and Ian Stuart, with CBRE, represented the landlord, JSN LLC.
Amazing Discoveries LLC leased 1,500 square feet at 2416 E. Broadway from 2424 E. Broadway Ltd. Andrew D. Sternberg and Robert J. Nolan, of Oxford Realty Advisors, handled the transaction.
7Four On Stone By Bakerson LLC bought Desert Tree Apartments, a 72-unit complex at 3450 N. Stone Ave. from Ann M. Boyce for $2 million. Picor’s Allan Mendelsberg and Daniel Leibsohn represented both parties.
4675 Coach Drive LLC bought a 16,246-square-foot industrial building on .98 acres at 4675 S. Coach Drive, in the Butterfield Business Park in Tucson. Also included in the sale was an adjacent 4.01-acre vacant land at 4606 S. Overland Drive. Both properties were purchased from Rainin Tucson LLC for $1.6 million. Rob Glaser, with Picor, handled the transaction.

Shamrock Place Arizona LLC, doing business as Interoptics, bought a 17,500-square-foot industrial building at 4854 N. Shamrock Place for $1 million. Bill DiVito and Jesse Blum, of CBRE, represented the buyer and Anthony Reed, of Long Realty, represented the seller, DLG Shamrock.

415 S. 6th Avenue LLC bought a 15,736-square-foot building on 1 acre at 415 S. Sixth Ave. from Saint Augustine Cathedral Roman Catholic Parish for $1.5 million. Pat Welchert, with Picor, represented the seller and Ron Schwabe, with Peach Properties HM Inc., represented the buyer.

Siempre Juntos LLC bought a 10,628-square-foot office building at 3100 N. Campbell Ave. from Gibeault Office Company LLC for $1.5 million. Rick Kleiner and Tom Nieman, with Picor, handled this transaction.
