Ryan Clark is going to make Sonoran hot dogs on the Today Show

Ryan Clark represents Tucson on national TV programs like "The Today Show." 

Tucsonans without a TV, rejoice! You can still watch Chef Ryan Clark on national television ... The Today Show posted the clip of Ryan's cameo on its website,



Ryan was up against New England chef Matt Jennings in a tailgate cooking competition to mark the Patriots vs. the Cardinals this Sunday evening. Jennings must have been out for blood, because this is what he said: "What is the state food of Arizona? Road kill??"

Then he proceeded to make lobster nachos ...

It's not clear who won the segment, because when the segment cut off everyone was still fighting over the trophy. So, overtime??
