In what will no doubt prove to be one of the biggest shows in Tucson this year, Disney on Ice is bringing its latest production "Frozen" to Tucson Arena.
It will run four days, from Oct. 15-18, which seems a lifetime away if you're a little kid whose mom and dad just blurted out that "Frozen" is coming. But you can snag tickets now through a pre-sale offered by Ticketmaster. Go here and click on "Advance or Promotion" and enter the code "SNOWY." The deal is good through Jan. 26.
Disney launched "Frozen" on ice in September, not even a year after the movie "Frozen" hit movie theaters in 2013. In more than 30 years of doing its Disney On Ice shows, this rates as the fastest turnaround time to take a popular animated film from the cineplex to the arena.
