Graze Premium Burgers opens at 11 a.m. today at 2721 E. Speedway, in the former home of fro-yo purveyor BTO By Choice.
Graze is owned by Paolo DeFilippis, and Jeff and Fran Katz βΒ the folks behind the healthful-leaning Choice Greens chopped salads and sandwiches shops.
Grazeβs burgers are made from antibiotic- and hormone-free Niman Ranch beef and there is a grass-fed beef option on the menu. Kennebec potatoes β the taters of choice for finer restaurants nationwide β are hand-cut Belgian-style and double fried. They also serve free-range chicken, organic sugar cane sodas and organic soft serve.
Graze is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Follow them on Facebook.
