FLORENCE β Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan helped Country Thunder achieve back-to-back sell-outs, possibly a record for the four-date country music festival that just finished its 23rd season.Β
Sunday was officially declared a sell-out with 27,500-plus in attendance to see Bryan. Shelton's audience also topped 27,500.
That might make for some interesting conversations between the two superstars when they get together Sunday in Texas to host the Academy of Country Music's 50th anniversary awards show.
