Harvest restaurant will set a family table at its two locations next weekend to celebrate all things vino.

The hyper-local, hyper-fresh ingredients restaurant, which prides itself on all-things freshly handmade in house, will offer two four-course French-inspired wine dinners. The first is Tuesday, July 26, at Harvest on River, 5605 E. River Road. The following day, Wednesday, July 27, the dinner moves to Harvest Oro Valley, 10355 N. La Cañada Drive.

Both will offer community-style seating unless you request otherwise when you reserve a spot. Reservations are required.

The menu:

Opening: Salmon crudo with fried capers, avocado mousse and lemony arugala, paired with M. Chapoutier Cotes Du Rhone Belleruche Blanc.

Appetizer: De porc en croûte (a pork dish) with fig and plum sauce dotted with caramelized raisins and onions, paired with Marius by Michel Chapoutier Rouge.

Main course: Grilled duck with broccoli romanesco, sauteed rainbow swiss chard topped with a grilled peach glaze and smoked grape bordelaise sauce, paired with M. Chapoutier Cotes Du Rhone Belleruche Rouge.

Sweet finale: Choux a la Crème with fresh blackberry preserves, paired with M. Chapoutier Cotes Du Rhone Belleruche Rose.

The cost is $45 per person plus tax and gratuity. Make reservations for Tuesday at Harvest on River at 529-7180. To reserve a spot at Harvest Oro Valley for Wednesday, call 731-1100.
