Expand the diameter of your stomach at Flying Leap's Pi Day celebration.

Looking for an excuse to indulge? This weekend you can drink wine and eat pie all in the name of science.

To celebrate Saturday's Pi Day — 3/14/15 — the folks at Flying Leap Vineyards are holding a pi-themed tasting event. A $20 ticket gets you a glass of the Southern Arizona vineyard's wine, as well as a commemorative coin and fresh-baked mini pie provided by the newly-renamed Amalour restaurant. Pie options listed on Flying Leap's website include chocolate, lemon, apple, cherry and gluten free/vegan.

The festivities take place from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Flying Leap's tasting room at St. Philip's Plaza, 4330 N. Campbell Ave. Suite 48. For more information, check out Flying Leap's website, flyingleapvineyards.com or call 520-370-5587.
