The annual Israel festival at the Tucson Jewish Community Center has a parade, entertainment, food, a marketplace and Israel-related activities.

The Israel at 70 Festival will kick off with a parade of organizations from the Tucson Jewish community, led by the University of Arizona marching band.

Expected to draw thousands of people, this year’s festival will be held from 1-6 p.m. Sunday, April 22, at the Tucson Jewish Community Campus, 3800 E. River Road.

The festival offers live entertainment, music, food vendors, an Israeli technology center, a “shuk” marketplace featuring the work of local artists and family activities.
