“A” Mountain Fireworks Celebration: The event sponsored by Desert Diamond Casinos and Entertainment will start at 9:15 p.m. The best viewing spot for the fireworks downtown is at the TCC’s parking lot B (just off Cushing Street between Granada and Church avenues) or TCC parking lot C (between Broadway and Cushing off Granada). Parking is free. Lot B will have food and entertainment.
El Mercado San Agustín Public Market, 100 S. Avenida Del Convento. Loveland performs 6:30-10 p.m., watch the fireworks from “A” Mountain starting at 9:15 p.m.; food trucks, all restaurants open.
Diamonds in the Sky Fourth of July: The celebration is at Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium, 2500 E. Ajo Way. Gates open at 5 p.m.; Tucson Saguaros vs. Monterey Amberjacks starts at 6 p.m. Food specials include $1 hot dogs. There are also jumping castles and face painting. Fireworks after the game. $4.
Marana Star Spangled Spectacular: The celebration is from 5 to 9 p.m. at Silverbell District Park, 7548 N. Silverbell Road. Live music, food trucks, inflatables and beer gardens. Fireworks at 9 p.m.
Oro Valley July 4th Celebration: Naranja Park, 801 W. Naranja Drive. Plenty of entertainment for everyone including games, giveaways, face painting, jumping castles, crafts, food trucks and music by the Bryan Dean Trio and Little House of Funk. Fireworks at 9 p.m. No pets. 5-9:30 p.m.
Sahuarita Red, White and Boom: Sahuarita Lake Park, 15466 S. Rancho Sahuarita Blvd. A full day of events including food vendors, bands, inflatables, rock-wall climbing and face painters. 6 a.m.-10 p.m. Fireworks at 9 p.m.
