The Downtown Clifton is set to open next month
Charles Ramsell, who operates C and C Scapes, helps restore the river rock that was once hidden from sight at The Downtown Clifton, 485 S Stone Ave. The rock was once used for water drainage along the front of the motel. The vintage motel was originally built in 1948, said designer and co-owner Clifton Taylor. When completed early next month it is expected to be a boutique lodging option in the developing area south of downtown.
