Asteroid Bennu
The asteroid Bennu as it is photographed by OSIRIS-REx from more than one million miles away. The UA-lead mission to Bennu will attempt to retrieve a sample from the asteroid and return it to Earth by 2023.

Spacecraft will begin slowing and collecting data on the asteroid as it closes in. It will arrive in early December.
