Larry Salinas with The Bite sliders restaurant at Great American Eat Co. preps some veggies for the soft opening on the evening of March 23, 2018 in Tucson, AZ. Great American Eat Co. will officially open on April 3 after months of waiting on gas lines and inspection sign-offs. The indoor food court with eight concepts, a bar and a market, held its family and friends trial run this week.
