Ballet Folklorico San Juan performs on the stage of the Monsignor Arsenio S. Carrillo Placita during it's dedication ceremony May 31, 2009 in Tucson, Ariz. The placita, which is open to the public, was built entirely with $1.3 million in donations and with no Rio Nuevo money.
