Three Mexican Tenors joins Tucson Symphony Orchestra for performances this weekend.

Tucson Symphony Orchestra is back at Linda Ronstadt Music Hall this weekend with the Three Mexican Tenors as part of the trio’s symphony tour.

The ensemble — Jorge Lopez-Yañez, Bernardo Bermudez and José Luis Ordóñez — is bringing its “An Enchanted Evening with Three Mexican Tenors” program that borrows from opera, Broadway and Mexican classical music.

The program opens with Rossini’s Overture from “The Barber of Seville” and closes with Jacques Revaux’s “My Way,” made famous by Frank Sinatra.

In between, the trio will perform cornerstones of the operatic, classical and Broadway stages, works made famous by everyone from Pavarotti (Leoncavallo’s “Mattinata” and Eduardo di Capua’s “’O sole mio”) to Josh Groban (Rolf Løvland’s “You Raise Me Up”).

Three Mexican Tenors — from left, Bernardo Bermudez, Jorge Lopez-Yañez and José Luis Ordoñez — join the TSO this weekend for a special concert at Linda Ronstadt Music Hall.

The program also includes Richard Rodgers’ “Some Enchanted Evening” from “South Pacific” and Verdi’s “Libiamo ne’ lieti calici” from “La traviata.”

The program’s second half pays tribute to great singers from Mexico with songs by Mexican composers Agustín Lara (“Granada”) and Juan S. Garrido (“Pelea de Gallos”).

The Three Mexican Tenors and the orchestra, conducted by TSO Music Director José Luis Gomez, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, and 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, at Music Hall, 260 S. Church Ave. Tickets are $12-$65 through tucsonsymphony.org or by calling 520-882-8585.
