Bad Bunny is set to headline the 2026 Super Bowl halftime show, which is set to take place at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, on February 8.  The Grammy-winning Puerto Rican artist is teaming up with Apple Music and Roc Nation to deliver the performance on the NFL’s biggest stage.  He recently completed a record-breaking residency in Puerto Rico, attracting over 500,000 fans, and leads the nominations for the upcoming Latin Grammys in November. Bad Bunny is one of the world's most-streamed artists, with his latest album, ‘Debí Tirar Más Fotos,’ peaked at number one on the US Billboard 200. In a statement about his halftime show performance, he said, "What I’m feeling goes beyond myself....This is for my people, my culture, and our history.” Roc Nation founder Jay-Z has praised Bad Bunny, saying, “What he’s done and continues to do for Puerto Rico is truly inspiring.” The announcement follows Bad Bunny’s decision to skip the US on his world tour, citing fears of immigration raids targeting his Latino fans. Last year’s Super Bowl halftime show in New Orleans featured Kendrick Lamar and SZA and was watched by a record 133.5 million viewers.
