Celebrate National Puppy Day by adopting a friend
- Updated
Friday, March 23 is National Puppy Day.
National Puppy Day was created in 2006 to focus attention on puppies in need of adoption and to educate the public about the abuses found in puppy mills. It's also an excuse (like we need one) to post adorable pictures of our four-legged friends on the internet and social media.Â
Here are a few who might make good friends in Pima County. While these canines might not all be puppies, they're sure to act like it when you give them some attention.
If you're a cat person, we have some options for you as well.
