Qualities: Toby loves people. No, we mean he REALLY loves people. He wants nothing more than to please you and hang out with his favorite person. Toby is a little more selective about his doggy friends, so if you have other dogs a proper meet & greet is necessary. Currently he lives with a submissive male pit mix and several medium sized female dogs and loves to play with his foster siblings. Toby is neutered, crate-trained, house-trained, micro-chipped, licensed, and up-to-date on all vaccines.
