Tucson Assoc. of Realtors name Lebowitz CEO
Marc Lebowitz, CEO of the Ada County Association of Realtors in Boise, Idaho, has been named chief executive of the Tucson Association of Realtors.
Lebowitz will bring 20 years of Realtor association management experience to TAR, including service on several committees and task forces at the national level.
At the National Association of Realtors, Lebowitz is 2016 Chair of the Association Executives Committee.
In May 2014, he was inducted into the National Association of Realtors Bud Smith Leadership Society.
Previously, he was with the Virginia Association of Realtors.
In Tucson, Lebowitz replaces Philip Tedesco, who resigned to become CEO of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. Lebowitz’s start date is to be in mid-February.
Lebowitz graduated from the University of Maryland and began his career at CBS as an assistant director for news operations.
He earned his Certified Association Executive designation in 1998 and the Realtor Certified Executive designation in 2009.
