Permanent CFO title goes to Shackelton of ProvidenceΒ
Providence Service Corp. announced last week that it has namedΒ David ShackeltonΒ as chief financial officer, a post he has held in an interim role since August.
Shackelton, 30, joined Providence in February 2014 as head of corporate development.
He was a private equity investment professional at Mill Road Capital and the Blackstone Group, and holds a B.A. in economics from Yale University and a MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
