Martin joins Lodge at Ventana 

The Lodge at Ventana Canyon Golf & Racquet Club, an AAA 4-Diamond award holder, has appointed a new executive chef.

Chef Joe Martin relocated from the Monterey Peninsula Country Club in Pebble Beach, California, after working at the Four Seasons in Maui, Hawaii, and Newport Beach, California. He graduated with honors from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
