Lauver joins UA Cancer Center in financeย
Stacy D. Lauver, CPA, has joined the University of Arizona Cancer Center as assistant director of finance.
Lauver is responsible for administrative oversight of the Cancer Centerโs financial operations, including purchasing, hiring commitments, monitoring awards and expenditures from state, federal, sponsored, restricted, gift and UA Foundation funds. She also will assist principal investigators with grant preparation.
Lauver comes to UACC from Pima Community College, where she most recently was director of fiscal and management operations.
A graduate of the University of Arizona with a bachelorโs degree in business administration in accounting and Grand Canyon University with a masterโs in accounting, Lauver has also been a forensic accountant with the West River Group. She has served as a sponsored programs administrator at UA and a staff auditor with Heinfeld & Meech, PC. She also holds a chartered global management accountant certificate.
