Neff’s hospitality experience includes positions at La Quinta Inn and Suites Tucson Reid Park, Aloft Tucson University, Embassy Suites Tucson International Airport and Tanque Verde Guest Ranch.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology/psychology from the University of Arizona. She is an Honorary Commander, 1st BCD at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and active member of the Military Affairs Committee of the Tucson Metro Chamber.
