Jo Smith was promoted to vice president of public policy. She will oversee regulatory affairs, government relations, communications and community engagement efforts.

Smith joined TEP in 2003 as director of investor relations after previously serving in that role at Portland General Electric. She was promoted to director of regulatory services in 2011 and to senior director of regulatory services and corporate communications in 2013.
