Mister Car Wash adds Funk to its legal team

Lisa Bossard Funk joined Tucson-based Mister Car Wash as corporate counsel for mergers and acquisitions, bringing with her nearly 30 years of legal experience in the areas of merger and acquisition, commercial real estate and employment law.

Funk was a partner in the law firm of Bossé Rollman & Funk and vice president of legal and human resources for a privately held, international cardiopulmonary products company.

She is a graduate of the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law, where she teaches a practicum on mergers and acquisitions law each spring. Funk clerked for the Hon. James Duke Cameron on the Arizona Supreme Court. She is president and director of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, a member at large of the executive council of the business section of the Arizona State Bar, director of the Pima County Bar Association, a director of Tohono Chul Park, and a member of the Women Presidents Organization’s Tucson chapter.
