González-Garciá to practice endocrinology at Diamond

The University of Arizona Department of Pediatrics and Diamond Children’s Medical Center welcomes Dr. Zoe González-Garciá as an assistant professor in endocrinology.

As a pediatric endocrinologist, González-Garciá will provide care for children with endocrine disorders such as Type 1 diabetes, thyroid problems, hypoglycemia and obesity, among others. She will care for children with endocrine disorders at the Angel Wing for Children with Diabetes and at Diamond Children’s.

She received her medical degree from Richmond University Medical Center in New York, completed her residency in pediatrics in Puerto Rico and completed a fellowship in pediatric endocrinology at Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
