Youth on Their Own has promotedย Joyce Rodgersย to director of operations and finance. She will oversee financial management of the organization as well as human resources, information technology and general business operations.

Rodgers was hired as Youth on Their Ownโ€™s finance manager in September 2013. She has more than 30 years of accounting and human-resources experience.
