Beginning Tuesday, motorists can expect delays at the intersection of Houghton Road and 22nd Street.
City crews plan to temporarily close the intersection to allow for relocation of traffic signals and shift traffic to the west side of the roadway.
Work hours are scheduled for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. A complete closure of the intersection is planned during the work, which is expected to last for about two hours.
Tucson Police officers will direct travel at the intersection during the work.
