A 2000 Dodge Caravan sits submerged under 8 feet of water just south of the Stone Ave. underpass in Tucson, AZ. on Friday, July 1, 2016. The car's owner said as soon as he made his turn onto Stone and entered the water, the car stalled out. Lightning flashed and a sheet of rain moved over the city during a monsoon storm Tuesday. Scattered storms are expected to continue through Sunday, with a 20 percent chance of rain daily, according to the National Weather Service.
